Reiki Healing- In person or via distance

A 1 hour session where you get your Chakras cleared, balanced, aligned and with energetic surgery have past versions of yourself cut away. There is also chord cutting and crystal work involved. It is a beautiful session where you give yourself the space to be with just you and doing something for yourself that works on all the energy bodies of the human existence. I also do Light Coding and help you to rise up into your higher self!

Duo Reiki Intensive Healing

A beautiful practice where Chel and Xav come together to create a sacred and safe space to help aid the healing of Self. Both practitioners have very different connections to Source and receive messages and information differently. It is twice the healing and twice the information to a 1:1 Reiki Healing Session. You also have the option to add on an energetic artwork from Chel.

Hypnosis Sessions

There are several ways to utilise hypnotherapy for your healing. I love more than anything to use it to help you connect with yourself, your guides, source and any part of you that needs to be worked with in order to move forward. I specialise in anxiety and pain control and interlife/afterlife therapy and exploration.

Zoom Relaxation Sessions

Perfect if you’re curious about hypnosis or if you’re having trouble with relaxing or sleeping. The current climate is producing an environment where lots of people are feeling stressed, having trouble relaxing or sleeping and I wanted to help with that! So these are currently at a DISCOUNTED price. (T&C’s apply)

Past Life Regressions

The exploration and understanding past life activities and decisions. Also, it is used by people who want to recall their past lives, be this on a physical, mental, or spiritual level.  A past life regression session provides enlightening experiences and insights from providing insights in relationships to help them transform their life. It can also be used by people who want to develop their spiritual self further, with sessions being tailored to the improvement of spiritual communication and understanding.

Pain Management

This session is a mix of hypnosis and reiki energy healing. We go into the pain you are feeling in your body and find the original source and then rid you of the emotional attachments and the physical pain that came from it.

Time Line Therapy

TLT provides one of the most powerful processes and techniques for personal change and growth by facilitating the elimination of the painful emotions attached to memories or events in the past. TLT also focuses on what we can learn from those events and use what we learn as a resource for the future. TLT also allows you to clear limiting beliefs that can allow you to stay stuck in the past.

Therapeutic Coaching

Therapeutic Coaching integrates key principles of NLP, hypnotherapy, developmental psychology, life coaching, boundary work, Reiki healing, Timeline Therapy and mindfulness training, to help people live a healthier, happier and more relaxed life.
